Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Textxt, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must agree to these terms before using Textxt community features.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Textxt.

You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Your account

• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

User content

You retain ownership of your content. By using Textxt, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content to deliver the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and share.

TXT credit

• TXT is a closed-loop service credit for use inside Textxt. It is not legal tender, has no promised cash value, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred outside Textxt.
• On supported web channels, eligible users may purchase TXT at the rate and limits displayed before creating a top-up order. Purchase availability, pricing, limits, and payment methods may change.
• For a bank-transfer top-up, you must transfer the exact amount and use the exact payment content shown in the order. Incorrect, duplicate, late, or incomplete transfers may require manual review and may not be credited automatically.
• PayPal top-ups are charged in the currency and amount displayed at checkout and are also subject to PayPal terms and policies. Textxt issues TXT only after server-side confirmation of a completed PayPal capture.
• Completed TXT purchases are final and non-refundable except for duplicate charges, processing errors, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Bank or payment-provider fees are your responsibility.
• If a PayPal payment is refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed, Textxt may remove the corresponding TXT and freeze the wallet while any shortfall or dispute is reviewed.
• Eligible users may receive, send, tip, or spend TXT on Textxt features such as paid group access and task bounties. Approved Mini App TXT payments are available only on supported web channels and are not offered in the iOS or Android apps.
• A Mini App payment on a supported web channel always requires your confirmation in the Textxt interface. The payment recipient is the approved Mini App owner or operator shown before payment; Textxt may assist with technical errors but is not responsible for the underlying third-party service.
• Paid group access configured on a supported web channel is billed in TXT every 30 days at the displayed price. If the balance is insufficient, access may enter a short grace period and then end.
• Textxt may delay, review, reject, freeze, limit, or reverse eligible credit operations to correct errors, enforce these terms, comply with law, or prevent fraud and abuse. TXT must not be resold or used as a substitute for money.

Team subscriptions

Textxt Team is a recurring, per-member subscription currently offered only in a controlled pilot. The available billing period, seat quantity, price, and renewal terms are shown before payment.

For Team purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment, renewal management, cancellation, and refund requests under the terms shown at checkout and its buyer policies. TXT credit purchases are separate from Team subscriptions and are not included in a Team seat price.

Prohibited use

• Do not use Textxt for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Textxt has zero tolerance for objectionable content, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, violent threats, hate speech, harassment, stalking, impersonation, and non-consensual intimate content.
• Do not send spam, malware, or unauthorized promotions.
• Do not interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, report, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service.

You may stop using Textxt at any time. Before deleting an account, its TXT balance must be zero and active top-up orders, paid memberships, funded bounties, and owned paid groups must be resolved.

Disclaimers

Textxt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Textxt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Textxt means you accept the updated terms.
