Path
Open Settings > AI & Automation > Automation Studio. Contextual entry points also appear in Bot Settings and Chat Settings.
What it can do
- Start from a template or configure a workflow from its trigger through its final action.
- Separate deterministic filtering from optional AI judgment so simple rules remain predictable.
- Inspect matched, stopped, approval, success, retry, and error states in Runs and Activity Log.
