Workflow
- Switch to Assembly and add a profile, plate, rail, motor, sensor, or other catalog part.
- Adjust component parameters and place the component on the assembly root.
- Add fixed, coincident, concentric, distance, angle, or parallel mates.
- Review the BOM and share a read-only view when the concept is ready.
Good to know
- Catalog geometry is vendor-neutral and intended for concept design.
- Mates describe the design intent; they are not a safety validation.
